Our corporations have been hijacked by con-men. Too big to fail only means they are a monopoly yet they have held off our government from splitting them up like AT&T of the past . Past rules that stockholders have no say in there compensation. Awarded themselves outrageous perks, benefits, and pay all this while getting taxpayers to bail them out. The school of P.T. Barnum would be proud.

Who is preaching for the elimination of regulations for corporations ? Do you think they are for the middle class ? The tired and false story of punishing society's achievers does not speak to greed, hubris and theft by our corporate leaders. The movie " Enron" is but just one example of government and industry doing what is immoral and if not illegal should be.
